A Germphobe On The Table… July 11, 2008

My 4 1/2 year old son is sitting on the kitchen table.  Naked.  With one blue croc and one white croc on.  Holding a Jumbo Iced Honey Bun.  Luscious looking…the honeybun, not the naked child…although, he’s pretty luscious looking too.

So…

I asked my naked son if, perhaps, he would like to give his starving mother a bite of that scrumptious looking 610 calorie, 36 grams of fat tasty treat.

He looked at me.  More like…glared at me.  And said…

“Mommy.  I like you.  But…I don’t want to eat your germs.”

And I said…

“I’m so blogging that!”

All You Ever Think About Is Sex… July 11, 2008

I’ve been listening to my friends.  I’ve been eavesdropping on people in restaurants and stores.  I’ve been talking with my sister.

Everyone is talking about sex.

How much…or little.

Toys…or not.

Orgasm…or not.

It goes on and on.  And quite frankly…no one seems very satisfied.  THAT is distressing.

So, I’m curious.  I know all about my real life, talk to face to face friends…and even some strangers who don’t know I’m listening!  But, I want to know about my dear blog friends.

I’ll tell you about me first…fair?

I love sex.  I NEVER get sick of it.  Even when we fall into a routine…which does happen.  I’m just happy to be getting some    And, I really believe I’m very lucky because…it’s very satisfying…and I’m not just saying that in case he reads this!!!

We have set nights that we know will be our sex nights.  I won’t tell you which nights, kay?!  While it’s only twice a week…that’s fine.  Because…it’s good.  I can honestly say…I’m having the best sex of my adult life and it’s with my stupid ass husband…who would have thought!!

So…tell me…

Are you happy with your sex life?  Do you feel comfortable talking to your spouse and telling him/her what you need?  Are you satisfied with the frequency or infrequency?  Do you use toys?  Do you fantasize?

I’m just really interested because I feel like there are waaaaaaaay too many of my friends that are miserable in the physical part of their marriage…

What about you?
