My wonderful bloggy friend Alison at RDH Mom gave me a beautiful award that I will try to figure out how to post…along with the other awards I’ve received. But…she also tagged me with a meme which couldn’t have come at a better time. Because…those last couple posts…they have me spent. Spent, I tell ya!
A.) attached or single? Attached…we just celebrated our 6 year anniversary!
(B.) best friend? My husband. Yeah, really.
(C.) cake or pie? just like Alison…both!
(D.) day of choice? I don’t mind any of them. I like the weekends because I can hang with the hubby but…I really don’t have a fave day.
(E.) essential item? my laptop. It’s the only way I get to stay connected with all of you…my wonderful blog friends!
(F. ) favorite color? i think that, in my declining years…yellow has become my very favorite color…which is funny because, i used to not really love that color when i was younger.
(G. ) gummy bears or worms? like em both! i’m not picky.
(H.) hometown? bloomfield hills. i live about 2 miles from where i grew up.
(I. ) favorite indulgence? sushi. pizza. whipped cream. hot tamales…well, any junkie candy.
(J. ) January or July? july. i hate winter. hate. hate. hate. winter. being cold. hate!!
(K. ) kids? 5. 2 girls and 3 boys.

(N.) number of brothers & sisters? i have a sister. shes 17 months younger than i am. she and i are very close…both in distance and in relationship-wise. i’m very lucky to have her.

(P. ) phobias? i am terrified of flying. take off, landing and everything in-between. I hold my breath the whole time.

(R.) reasons to smile? Generally…everything. I’m a basically happy person…except when I’m bumming myself out from the posts I write.
(S.) season of choice? spring. I love the newness. the buds on the trees. the way the flowers start poking themselves out of the dirt. the smells of spring. it’s euphoria to me.

Thank you. All of you. Your support. Your emails. I love all of you. You’re fabulous. I’m so lucky to have met you. You have all become a big part of my life. And I want you to know how much I appreciated your response over the last couple of posts. I put myself in a dark-ish place. I opened up more than I expected to on here. And you overwhelmed me with your support. Now I know…truly know…I can go ahead and REALLY be me. Because I’m not always silly. And life isn’t always funny. But…I think it’s OK to bring it here…and you’ll still visit me and hang out…and drool!!
